1. Introduction

Welcome to Institution Axis ERP. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our services are designed to help educational institutions manage their administrative tasks effectively.

2. Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ERP platform for your institution's internal purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer the software.
• Resell the service to third parties.
• Use the system for any illegal activities.

3. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. While we provide robust security and backups, you should maintain your own records as per your local educational regulations.

4. Subscription & Payments

Fees are billed annually. Failure to pay within 30 days of the invoice date may result in temporary suspension of service. All fees are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period.

5. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we will provide you with a full export of your data in a standard format (CSV/Excel) before closing your account.
